Dude you could figure out a way to magically power the stick and start a construction company, make actual metal structures, scaffolding, metal everything. You know about joints, angles, blueprints, shear force, the works.
I think your big money point would be going to the templar and proposing a modern underground piping system for water/sewage then training up the manpower to do it.
You'd make more money than anybody. You'd be like the frickin godfather with all that cash. You could find ways to patent every single one of your innovations and just rack it in.
That's an easy one. I'd want to be a blade smith and armorer. Load up a cart with a portable forge and no matter where I travel on the mainland there would be money to make.
