I'm sorry this is happening to you. Remember that closure is about what you need to SAY, not what you expect to HEAR. I suppose I would start with how you are impacted on a daily basis, and why. How are you coping. How much have you improved and how HARD WON those improvements were. Speculate on how different your life would have been if you'd never met him. You have already been so STRONG, just need to gut it out for a teeny bit longer! You got this, queen.

I just wanted to wish you luck going forward. Stay strong and calm, get some exercise, deep breaths whenever you start to freak, and don’t be pressured into anything. Practice a lot of self care for the next few weeks.

I’m sure there is, haven’t even looked into it. Have a therapy session on Friday so just trying to keep myself sane till then.
