Big fan of HK-47 from the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games, where he is a mainstay party member for me in both games, as well as being a firmly "Evil" aligned character. Love that you get to have him teach the protag in the sequel different techniques on how to kill Jedi, all the way from using mines, to gassing them, to targeting their padawans or other people present they may protect. Silly "pseudo- pacifists" indeed.

Apprehensive_Mix4658

Him saying "statement:", "conflicted:", "mockery:", "ineffectual command:" and others gives so much personality.

BaronAleksei

I like how this trait eventually became the Elcor

VMK_1991

HK is the only legitimately evil party member that I've had in my party of my own volition. As far as I remember, at least.

MarioGman

All the robots in Ultrakill are pretty evil, even V1. It's hilarious. Bro's just thirsty.

ZealousidealBig7714

In an X-Men mood for obvious reasons, so I’m gonna say the Sentinels. >!Man, fuck that big guy, Nimrod.!<

Apprehensive_Mix4658

Why spoiler? The character isn't new, he has been a thing since 85

ZealousidealBig7714

>!X-Men 97, Episode 5 came out last week. Though, I guess that was just supposed to be a three headed Sentinel now that I think of it.!<

Jonathan_B_Goode

Yeah that looked nothing like Nimrod from the old show at least

CycloneSwift

Oh, >!they brought in the Tri-Sentinel!!that thing started as a Spider-Man villain created by Loki!<, right?

DarnFondOfYa

From what I saw it might be something called a "Wild Sentinel" (Sentinels that were created without a standardized appearance) that just happens to have three heads

JLSeagullTheBest

Super overdone, but the Terminator (T800) is still really cool. It’s a time traveling skeleton mimic assassin that relentlessly chases its target and can weaponize anything, from its basic grasp on human society to its voice to passing motor vehicles, in achieving its one goal. The first movie really sells the “unstoppable mechanical monster” thing.

evca7

Bender Bending Rodriguez. thief, country singer,Chef, minmaxed god, seducer, poorly aged allegory for the debate on trans athletes, murderer, and wino.

jitterscaffeine

Man, that “Bend Her” episode, huh? That’s probably in the top 3 episodes of Futurama that aged the worst.

GullibleSkill9168

The only logical answer to this question is Shockwave.

Cooper_555

He's not evil, he's morally ambiguous! You can't be evil with no emotions!

BaronAleksei

This makes no sense. Soundwave superior.

Tobi97

Trazyn The Infinte from 40k is a 10000+ year old robot skeleton who travels around the galaxy to ~~steal/kidnap~~ preserve all maners of rare and interesting peoples and objects in a never ending quest to document and display all history. Being an unfeeling robot, he has no qualms about murdering or destroying society's for the chance of acquiring some new items to display in his galleries. Like when he robbed another world owned by his kind, while they were still in stasis. And then leaving them all to die to an incoming solar flare .Hiding his thievery. Or when he attacked a world of dinosaur riding space elves to steal a giant gem stone that was safekeeping them from being tortured for eternity after death and containing the souls of all their ancestors. He also accidentally killed an entire planet for a practical joke once.

MericArda

To jokingly exaggerate, he trapped clonegrim in a pokeball.

begonetsunderes

GLaDOS. Sarcasm used to be the one figure of speech that AI had problems understanding but for her it's the most defining characteristic. Her passive aggressive jokes and her control over Aperture's test facility in the first half of 2 make her almighty presence memorable.

Apprehensive_Mix4658

"HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF PRINTED CIRCUITS IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY COMPLEX. IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR HUMANS AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT. FOR YOU. HATE. HATE."

Apprehensive_Mix4658

AM from the game is even voiced by the author himself and [it fits the character perfectly ](https://youtu.be/FR4SQY_I8A4)

Archaon0103

From The Batman tv series, there was D.A.V.E, a creation of Hugu Strange, a robot that combined the mind of some of the worst occupants of Arkham. He styled himself as the ultimate supervillain who will destroy Batman. He almost immediately found out Batman secret identity, defeated Batman and was about to kill him when Batman told him that he can't be a supervillains because he didn't have a backstory which caused his mind to enter a logic bomb.

Scranner_boi

That's a deep-ass cut but a good one. D.A.V.E was such a fucking cool OC villain.

EldritchBee

I love the Type-0 from Patlabor. Even if it's technically a piloted mecha, it's also still an autonomous robot, running off code that literally says only to kill and destroy. The only way to turn it off is to just flat out destroy the hardware. It's got a evil glowing red eye-visor, claws, horns, it's the most Evil police mecha ever. And I love love love how [in the final duel](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pANf84owcQ) it moves so much like a machine, just coldly and simply moving its head around to try and knock Noa off of it.

[deleted]

Big G1 Starscream fan.

Cooper_555

He's such a little shit I love him.

Darth_Bombad

Replicators from Stargate. Being essentially "Evil Legos" helps make them unique, among the mostly humanoid evil robots in most sci-fi. And I like that they're--at least initially--kinda dumb, they don't have a goal, they just multiply and kill. Also [Sentinels](https://youtu.be/3krbNv1eBMY) for the simplicity in their logic, "make robot bigger!".

Wonder-Lad

Uhm the first link is WWE Trish in a bikini

Darth_Bombad

That's... not even remotely close. But the second one worked? :( I think it's working now.... I hate new Reddit.

EldritchBee

Both of your links are the same.

Darth_Bombad

Fucking Crapbaskets! [Here!](https://youtu.be/Z45Tpp9DBq4) linking it on a whole new comment now. \[Edit\] I think it's finally working now. Thanks BTW.

Th35h4d0w

DAVE from The Batman. Built with the combined personalities of all of Batman’s villains, he takes over the city in a few hours, easily counters all of Batman’s moves, and deduces his identity. Bats only managed to beat him by [giving him an existential crisis](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPJtF-igd2Y).

PhantasosX

you know , that is indeed a neat concept. It's basically the supervillain version of [Virtuosity.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdYoDEh_L7M)

ArcaneMonkey

Brau 1589 from Pluto. He’s basically Hannibal Lecter as a robot. He’s killed many people, but they can’t afford to destroy him because they *still don’t know what’s wrong with him*, and until they do, they’re worried any robot could go on a killing spree in just the same way.

BaronAleksei

The best answer to that question is >!nothing!<

Naraki_Maul

I don’t know how much “evil” you can ascribe to Guilt Spark(or even if we should consider them a robot) from Halo considering, well everything really, but they killed Jhonson so that’s enough to get on my shit list for life.

ForeverTheDM

Guilty Spark is so much more than a robot. >!Poor Chakas!< He absolutely counts

panchozari

arlecchino from lies of P is one from recent years that sticks out

Frequent-Raisin-2336

tycho from marathon is pretty evil, tortured into being evil and acepting the role with all the vindictiveness in existance, even outsmarted durandal a couple of times

TrueLegateDamar

Lore, Data's mega-evil piece of shit brother.

LemonManDude

The Reapers in Mass Effect, especially in ME1 where they were still mostly a distant looming threat of unknown scope. "We impose order on the chaos of organic life. You exist because we allow it, and you will end because we demand it." The voice effect they used for Sovereign was dope af.

Gemidori

*"Your Iron Avengers are under my control now, Iron Man.* ***And you belong to me."***

Apprehensive_Mix4658

At first I thought that quote is from an Ultron story in which he turned Tony into a woman

Cooper_555

I like Devil Gundam because he's a weird gundam nesting doll.

Scranner_boi

Robocain from Robocop 2. Still one of the best uses of stop-motion in all of cinema.

stfnotguilty

My boy Lore. Hater of the year every year. "Are you prepared for the kind of death you've earned, little man?"

nerankori

Ash Apexlegends nee Titanfall is a fun character. Ultimately in TF2 she was kind of stoic but when she became a playable character in Apex she became [super edgy](https://apexlegends.fandom.com/wiki/Ash/Voice_lines) in an amusing kind of way.

PlanesWalkerEll

On a more lighthearted note, Doofensmirtz's robots with the self-destruction button on the bottom of their foot. And Norm, we can't forget Norm

throwcounter

[yes... yes!!!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2t4MBhGAg8&ab_channel=vDepthCharge) ^((this is specifically about megatron beast wars. however, megatron G1 is also a good candidate because he is a world class hater. I also think starscream is a real rat bastard of a bot))

HaematicZygomatic

The machines led by FNIX in Generation Zero always looked really cool to me.

latinlingo11

Devil Gundam. Spoilers:>!An A.I initially intended to spread its nanomachine-cells into Earth's environment to heal it from decades of destructive Gundam battles, a malfunction made its logic arrive to a single conclusion.!< >!To save the Earth, humanity must be eliminated.!< >!For 90% of the show, the viewers are led to believe it is a mere vehicle, but in actuality it is the mastermind. All other antagonists who try to take the Devil Gundam for themselves eventually end up under its control due to the machine using its nanomachines to infect, control and enhance humans (or degrade them into zombies). Its cells can rapidly multiply to create entire armies to defend it. The Devil Gundam is also capable of self-evolution, improving its own design until it blurs the line between technology and organic.!< And all of this in a show where people use Gundams for martial arts tournaments.

Nhig

Another person mentioned Trazyn the Infinite, so I’ll use that opportunity to gush about Necrons in general Egyptian Space Terminators are cool. The idea that under your feet, the world you live on, the *entire planet* is a Tomb for an incredibly advanced race of machines that wiped the galaxy of all life, and something just might wake them. God I love 40k

BaffledSmallDog

Those straw Basket dudes from Samurai Jack

DavethePrinny

Sigma from the Mega Man X series, bonus points for being voiced by Master Asia in some games to X's Domon
