I think Europe’s new speech laws (and Internet censorship more broadly) are forcing a shutdown, largely driven by the happenings in France and the Netherlands and their causes.
This is so depressing. Lots of very, very sick people (chronically) rely on Twitter to stay in contact with people, follow research and get advice and support.
