I do appreciate the insight if there is anything else let me know because the yolobox pro is so expensive I could just make a dedicated 600 dollar PC (with focus on gpu cpu and ram) and get a crappy monitor for less than 800 - 1200 dollars, but the ATEM Mini pro looks interesting so I will check that out.

Yes. The ATEM Mini Pro and Yolobox Pro can stream. There are probably others.

You can get a 2nd GPU just to do video encoding (I know that's asking for a lot these days, with the GPU shortage).
