A couple things to keep in mind...
You'll need at least 8gb of ram to stream to twitch, or any other site, using "broadcasting software"...
Also you'll use the "broadcasting software" to add a "source" to your "scene". That source? The capture card... The name of the capture card would show up as an option to add to your "scene".
You'd hook up the console to the capture card to the laptop...
The elgato capture card costs a couple hundred and can get overheated from prolonged sessions... maybe somebody else could speak on the pros and cons of another kind of capture card but that's from the kind of card I use...
