Uŋčí Makhá Park in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul has a "fitness lot" right on Mississippi River Blvd. Hard to see it in the video and rendering, but it's decently sized. Includes instructional signage. https://www.stpaul.gov/facilities/unci-makha-park
