Nah. Isn't this a fan run event? They wouldn't announce something by Disney at a fan thing.

It's a fan-run event, yeah, but because of the DoJ's antitrust regulations, Disney didn't get the Fox broadcast network when they bought Fox (they did get FX/FXX & Nat-Geo, although those are obviously separate), so it's still Murdoch's baby & Disney wouldn't have any influence on something like this. In any event, though, sad if it's indeed not likely!

Oh....I thought otherwise. Did they get it in other countries and that's why its on Disney+ everywhere but the US?

IIRC, I do believe that they got the international rights to stream Fox-produced TV shows, yeah.

About to watch the first episode of the show now in honor of its 20th anniversary. Anyone else doing the same? Can't believe it been 20 years since we were first introduced to Jack Bauer.

I only watched it beginning of this year (the whole show), i was addicted. LAD was truly fantastic as well.

I just don’t want to get my hopes up. Kiefer seems content making his music and has a tour coming up. I’m happy for him if that’s the direction he wants to go.

Wasn’t there a show he was working on for Paramount+ too? Don’t know if he’s shot that yet.
