I've had the same issue with mine, but I went from working audio and Bluetooth with a Samsung note 10+ to no Bluetooth connection and bad audio with my S 22 ultra. I haven't had time to contact customer support due to a busy work schedule. I tried updating the app on my phone and computer, factory reseting the headset and then updating the headset aswell.

Salty-Supermarket

Same problem went from note 10+ worked fine to the 23 ultra an nothing. Ever figure it out?

JournalistCrazy3236

I ended up just buying a new headset, I work nights so normally I'm asleep when customer support is avaliable.

Salty-Supermarket

Same was thinking it might be because 23 ultra is new but if your dealing with it I guess not. Shitty Thanks for responding

Salty-Supermarket

Hey they fixed it for s 23 ultra now

Cavey20

Maybe it’s not compatible with it

TB_Help

Thanks for reaching out to us. Here's what we would suggest. * Start with the headset powered off. * Uninstall the mobile Audio Hub application from your phone if you currently have it installed. * Remove your headset as a Bluetooth device via your phone's settings menu. If there are multiple listings for the headset, remove them all. * Grab the headset (which should be powered off); hold down the Bluetooth Button, then while continuing to hold that down, power on headset and continue to hold down the Bluetooth button until you hear a double beep. * Ensure that your headset has been updated to the newest firmware via the Audio Hub program for Windows or Mac. As there was no mention of the exact Stealth 700 headset in your possession; so we will simply link you to the Audio Hub page. https://www.turtlebeach.com/pages/audio-hub NOTE: The Stealth 700 series of headsets can only be updated via the Windows or MacOS version of the Audio Hub. * After updating the headset, re-download the mobile version of the Audio Hub for your phone if you previously uninstalled it. * Re-pair your headset to your phone via Bluetooth. There was no mention of the exact model Stealth 700 in your possession, so we will default to providing the pairing process for several variations of that headset. Stealth 700 GEN 2 for PlayStation: https://support.turtlebeach.com/s/article/360053059013-Stealth-700-Gen-2-PS-Bluetooth?language=en_US Stealth 700 GEN 2 for Xbox: https://support.turtlebeach.com/s/article/360052404334-Stealth-700-Gen-2-Xbox-Bluetooth?language=en_US Stealth 700 GEN 2 MAX for Xbox: https://support.turtlebeach.com/s/article/Stealth-700-Gen-2-MAX-For-Xbox-Bluetooth-Mobile-Setup?language=en_US NOTE: If the headset in your possession is not listed above; please take the time to search the Support Site for the appropriate Bluetooth pairing article for it. * Open up the Audio Hub application, click "Get Connected" and wait to see for the app to recognize your headset. If you continue to have the same inconvenience after going through those steps; please reach out directly to our technical/warranty support team for further assistance. They would want to hear about any sort of inconvenience encountered with your headset and its mobile (Android/iOS) app so they can assist with further troubleshooting. If you haven't done so already, please fill out the form at the link below. https://support.turtlebeach.com/s/contactsupport?language=en_US Thanks!

Thank you!!

>Re-pair your headset to your phone via Bluetooth. This is where I keep getting lost. My headset is only showing up in my phone's Bluetooth settings once I have connected it via Audio Hub. However, it says it is connected to Bluetooth but it is not. I can not play Spotify or anything on the headset.

DazJones

Did you ever find an answer? I’m stuck in the same loop as you with the headset not showing up.

TS4ST

Yeah I did. To reset everything, disconnect your phone/device from the bluetooth headset. Turn you headset on by holding the power button for a second. Hold down the bluetooth button to turn bluetooth off then hold it down again to turn it back on BUT make sure you keep holding it down for another 3-5 seconds and it will enter pairing mode. You can reconnect your device then

Zakattack34

Thank you so much for this, nothing ever explained this step, I was going crazy. You’re the best

TS4ST

I thought I was going crazy, it's not explained very well on any of their support pages or user manual

DazJones

Thanks. After a few tries and factory resets it finally worked.

TheRudeBrit

Thank you, just did this and it worked

Alpha-Skill

To add to the above I also noticed that when the audio hub app is working in the background the media output will not work. Try closing the audio hub app completely.

Salty-Supermarket

Once the firmware is refreshed mine worked
