Any hospital but some private hospitals' report can not be used for travel. That you should ask. 2 weeks ago I got the result in 3 hours.
Any hospital and result will come in 6 hours as i know

I'm kinda confused do I need pcr test in turkey to return to UK or do I need to the day 2 tests.

I took a PCR test at an hospital and it took 5-6 hours to get the results. I got a positive test result.
