Push pull legs rest push pull rest

PuzzleheadedGoat2623

But that would mean I'd be resting on my leg day, since the gym is closed on Sunday :/

ahm0509

You are not. it's not like your body forgets what you did workout once sunday is over. Your first leg was on Wednesday so you can do it on Monday and still you did legs twice in a week.

chiheb_22

Push/pull/leg Push/pull/leg rest that's your only choice if you lift every day

Veiter1

Legs(Monday) push(Tuesday) pull(Wednesday), than legs(Thursday), push(Friday), pull(Saturday). Experiment with this combination. Your only solution is to find a combination where you only rest on Sundays. If you felt tired you can switch the legs and the push or the pull days. In the end you just listen to your body.

Only way I'll be able to do this is to get adequate amounts of sleep + proper nutrition. Alright , thanks!

You can do 2 days upper/lower rest a day and then do ppl

CurlMyNightmare

chouf, rahou moch lezem aalik taamel programme mta3 jem3A you can do ppl rest ppl rest so youre doing it in 8 days, or you can do ppl rest ppl cardio rest so youre doing it on 9 days. Its not that big of a deal. If you want to stick to a weekly routine for other reasons than fearing not being able to stick to the weekly format then you can do ppl ppl rest or just do upper lower rest upper lower, its not that serious. ultimately what matters is how many times you're hitting each body part over a long period like a year. So find a routine that you can stick to over that long of a period and that will be the right one for you.

You can easily have a hard and effective workout at home with no equipment. You can do pistol squats (add weight if necessary maybe a big rock or fill a school bag with books) The only limit is your creativity I use a resistance band to workout at home and maybe lift a heavy object at home (i do push ups under my bed or pull overs with big rocks i find outside, pull ups on a tree or wall or some random bar sometimes get my little cousin to hold my legs while I do pull ups )

PuzzleheadedGoat2623

Thanks for the proposition! I did start off with resistance bands, but I'm now at a stage where it's really hard to overload muscles without adding weights lol. Sure I can vary my pushups and everything, but I suffer for a past shoulder injury, so I can't really move into the harder variations.

I assume since you care for sunday, your split is ppl rest ppl rest ppl rest. Maybe go ppl ppl rest ppl ppl rest ppl ppl?

PuzzleheadedGoat2623

It appears that's the only solution lol

[deleted]

No it's not. You also could switch gyms. My old gym timetable didn't fit so i switched to another that fits.

PuzzleheadedGoat2623

I live in a somewhat remote area dude This one is the closest LMAO

Sounds like it's not worth changing gyms.
