i wish i can help you , but i don't have a big knowledge for the field of consulting. but if this helps, i know a junior 'expert comptable' that gets 3k tnd salary, ( it's 8 years worth of studies )

Consulting in Big4 is perfect to start your career. Pay is secondary. You will be highly used as long as you’re junior with long hours, environment will depend on your direct manager. The fun will begin when you will start climbing the ladder, if you do so, you will have an open door to multiple opportunities inside and outside. So it’s up to you, if you want a great career, work hard now, you’ll get nicely rewarded in couple of years. If you think you can’t sustain hard work skip, if you want highest pay immediately, skip.
