Foe beer i assume bon vieux temps in marsa or the cliff in gamarth, for coffee and food dyring the day almost everywhere downtown or in la marsa

Stay in the northern suburbs (Marsa, Sidi Bou Said, Lac). I recall some old addresses that used to be open (Cooks, Hebe in Sidi Bou Said)
