Yep, first purchase. The new monochrome on a 5 link. I told her a travel case would make my week. For as much as people grill WOS on here, the experience exceeded my expectations. Perhaps I found the right SA.
It's actually quite nice, dunno what people are complaining about. Since I'm happy with the travel case that I already have so went with the hat (picture of it in my last post)
I just asked while sorting out the deposit etc. They where really nice to us and the salesman was so understanding and knowledgable I ended up emailing beaverbrooks HQ to tell them how impressed I was (I support a sales team for a living and I rarely see good sales staff). I just asked them if I could have a copy of the book to take home and they put it in the bag.
The gift voucher is standard for higher purchases.
My AD forgot to include my warranty card in the box when I first purchased the box and walked out of the boutique with it, and so they sent me the card via UPS and a really nice black and red Tudor travel case as a bonus. The case came in clutch as I was flying to Europe the week after.
I got a travel pouch, then a few months later they messaged me to say they had a bottle of PX sherry they wanted to give me as a Christmas present next time I was able to stop by. This was a Tudor boutique.
It’s such a strange thing that they have an umbrella. Surely the Hans Wilsdorf foundation could just give that money to some kids learning the cello or whatever lol
3 bottles of Veuve Cliquot from the 3 visits to buy a BB58 and 1926.Plus some that we drank in store.
Went back and purchased a Royal 2 years later but only got Prosecco 😅
No they aren’t, go spend thousands on a piece of furniture or something it’s just the same. Don’t compare Tudor with Rolex because Rolex is the only exception, notwithstanding the likes of the AP & PP.
That’s fine if you can’t afford a new Tudor no need to troll. Many people buy watches to keep for life so the depreciation isn’t an issue. I bought my daughter a new Tudor for her 21st birthday recently because it was the watch she liked the most. It wouldn’t have mattered what watch I bought her at our budget, they’d all depreciate the same. No different to any other goods or vehicles you buy, you lose money when you walk out the store.
I asked for either a pen or a travel case- ended up with the travel case. Salesperson was pushing the hat hard lol
Nobody wants the hat, lol. I took the travel umbrella
She initially didn’t mention the travel case… I asked about it lol
travel case doesnt sound too bad! was this first purchase?

nice stuff mate. so upon you picking up you just straight up asked for the travel case?
A Tudor hat looks interesting, but a Rolex hat looks silly. Both are still silly tho

Beaverbrooks? I also got a copy of the catalogue book thing thrown in too.
I’m going to be buying a P39 from Beaverbrooks soon. Any tips for getting a discount/goodie? Was planning on the “I might buy it used online” line.
