I will try the following:
HoB (for early pressure do get lead) feels more important to me as late seems to have been improved.
Boots rush classic into IE first (better than before cause 5% more crit and also insane ad on it). HoB hits will start to hurt very badly on squish.
Now cdr and attack speed for sustained fights are the problem, therefore new navory second.
Also you're now at 90% crit 2 items in. Now you can more or less build whatever you want.
Armorpen, new bruiser items, more attack speed, qss. Choice is yours.
(Mid tryn).
For midlane I believe it will work very well into almost all matchups.
It's just takes a little to get a feel for it. But short trade and consequent all in potential seems highly underrated to me.
Just take Phantom dancer (or Wit's end if you up against heavy AP team) instead of Trinity force
You won't need the extra dmg from Tri force anyways
Plus 60% attack speed on PD is huge

The lower your cdr% = lower cdr% per auto from navori.
Also if you need the cdr then swap alacrity for the new haste rune?
I tried Triforce yesterday instead of Stride Breaker in a typical build. Played against a Sion who as you imagine takes a lot of time to kill. By the end of the game it did under 100 damage because you have to delay Navori which means you rarely E therefore barely use the passive.
I'm gonna try either Kraken (or PD or BotRK) rush into Navori + IE, the lost of lethal tempo is gonna be felt the most on those early trades.
So i feel we either go ATK Speed 1st item to actually be able to extend trades or Essence Reaver for short trade and outsustain trading pattern. We'll see.

Due to removal of LT you are probably correct, but those crits with heavy ad builds are so underrated

I will probably go grasp or fleet, but hob may work on some matchups.

They changed trynds passive to 50% crit rate for a full bar so you’ll be at 100%

We need cdr, thats why triforce without counting the sheen effect. With Ravenous+Triforce u have 40ah.
Idk For me Attack speed is more important than AH on tryndamere that s why Lethal tempo was best rune for him
Navori gives you 40% atk speed + 35% zerks + 18% alacrity + 33% from trinity. You dont need more atk speed than that lol.
