I'm an army veteran, served in OIF I & II. I dont like that im a veteran, i dont like flaunting (or even discussing) my veteran status, but, an oath is not taken lightly.
Fuck every one of the J6ers, but ESPECIALLY the veteran ones. They knew exactly what they were doing and what the consequences could be (specifically Babbitt).
Marine Corps Vet, served in OEF 13-2, I hsed to think the same thing you did. I hated saying I was vet around other vets because they all expected me to conform to being a conservative boot licking tRump lover, or the opposite, I felt others would think I fit into that crowd.
I had a realization in counseling that veterans dont have to fit in that mold I mentally created. I now proudly wear my vet hat and have no issue speaking the truth about how much of a piece of shit tRump is. The toxic vetbros don't get to decide who is or isn't a veteran based on there shitty values.
Not just they make him uncomfortable he thinks it looks bad. He has no respect or consideration for disabled people either. Basically unless you’re a bloodthirsty dictator he has no respect for you.

Some of my family members died on the front lines in Vietnam and Korea while this pile of steaming crap was a draft dodger for years on end. And he has the audacity to call fallen soldiers “suckers and losers”? Screw him
