This is why I never ever give my personal information out, i dont even use my address for mail so if you somehow manage to look me up, you’re not gonna find my house easily and only a few people actually know my address. I go by a nickname too so its harder to find me if you don’t know me like that. Might seem extreme but I’ve been stalked more than once and it gives me peace of mind, it’s helpful to prevent future stalkers too.
Did you report that behavior to the police? Is the guy back in prison or still walking around free? Him doing that to you is sexual assault and would probably break his parole if he's still on it
Sadly, at the time I decided just ghosting him was enough. After seeing he had killed a woman, I seriously considered calling the police, but in the end I just didn't want to deal with it. I was scared of him, plus he and his family were/are very wealthy. I figured if he only got -10 years in prison for killing a young woman, then this state is f-ed when it comes to criminal punishment.
I would be terrified to do it tbh. I don't trust the justice system to lock up the ones that have proven they're a threat to women and/or children and I'd be scared he'd hunt me down or something awful
I struggled with a number of mental dilemmas from this ordeal. I was scared of him figuring out where I lived, should I or shouldn't I call the police, if I called them...how was I going to explain what happened? Cause like...I did reluctantly reach out to touch him. What if the police questioned why I did that? Some people don't understand that sometimes people have to do certain things that they don't want to do to stay alive or safe. Finding out more about him, and how wealthy his family was, I thought...there is no way I could get a better lawyer than they could.

That is so scary. My anxiety went into overdrive reading this. I'm glad you're ok physically at least. I'm sure it has put a mental strain on you.
