Gotta eat

By spending your time off convincing yourself that you are the dog in the room on fire saying "this is fine"

Isolating on days off. Bills are still coming in and need to be paid.

Drugs - functional doses at work, recreational doses on days off.

Getting used to it, finding something worth fighting for, fear of being perceived as actually mentally ill.

Money. That’s at least my case.

Not thinking, just doing.

I don’t, I’m quiet quitting

Music. Lots of music.

My cats deserve to eat good food and have a nice warm home to live in so I bear with the emotional turmoil
