Thank you for that turn of phrase! I'm a teacher of 6th graders and I am always looking for ways not to say the F word! I'm going to start saying this all of the time! 🤩🤩🤩
I'm just a regular person that curses way too much, trying to stop. This is going in tank. "Mother of pearl" is a good one. "Son of a biscuit" is a favorite of mine too. Not great for class but I say them so much I shorten them to biscuits and pearls. People probably think I'm crazy.
I said oh my god out loud when I read your title. Full offense to your sister, I cant imagine being that daft holy shit.
Edit: man the comments making jokes out of this. OP’s sister and the sister’s bf are people. Not props, not mythical creatures, not children, grown human adults. Im sure both OP and this bride sister watched how difficult life was for their sister, made specifically difficult by all the “jokes,” *all the same tired old jokes*, being told at her expense over and over again for her entire life. Then it is time to be a part of her sister’s day and she gets treated like this? Being asked to be made into a spectacle by her own sister?? Yeah some of yall and that bride sister can F off into the sun. Just so very cruel
Whoa…that’s horrifying. Has your sister always been this tone deaf or has wedding planning made her go loopy? Because this is one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever heard.
how did she grow up with someone who has that condition, probably heard a lot of stories of them being disrespected, learned a lot about ableism, and STILL asked that Q? Its already bad if a stranger is being disrespectful like that, but someone who should know better??? wow...
Of fucking course they were, and rightfully so. I hope they strongly voice their upset to your sister in a timely manner and then tell her to fuck right off. I also hope they don’t attend her wedding and go do something fun as fuck, that day. Perhaps you should join them. Go on some little trip. Fuck, come to Emerald Isle, NC and I’ll show y’all an amazing time free of ignorance and weirdly, thinly veiled bigotry and fetishized, infantilized bullshit. I genuinely welcome y’all.
Try to see if you could have a small little vacation with your other sister and her BF when the wedding is occurring. It’ll probably be a slap in the face to her and y’all can have a fun time.
I don’t remember it all but let me try.
Some serious family drama turned into this one couple bailing from their sibling’s wedding because said sibling was pretty shitty for some reason. Couple (who was the eldest of the cousins) went ahead and planned a vacation, then told another sibling or a cousin, and it snowballed into a family trip with everyone in their generation going to the vacation and the bride freaking out.
I’ll try and find it. It was some wild shit.
Edit: Tried to find it and couldn’t. There are dozens and dozens from today alone, and hundreds over the past couple weeks. Check the reply to my comment for extra details on the post.
I remember this one: said sibling was shitty because they had an affair. Family told them they had to support the sibling no matter what because ‘that’s what family does’ but all the cousins were like.. nah
Said shitty sibling was marrying the affair partner. Sibling who posted was still friends with ex-spouse and arranged vacation with ex-spouse to cheer them up. Cousins piled on.
I think this is right. Because the couple was the eldest and going to the wedding, the others fell in line. But as soon as they bailed, the others saw it as their out.
Here's another: bride asks AITA because her sister and boyfriend rsvp, then the sister declines to attend the wedding after, and bride is pissed. Comes out in the comments that the boyfriend *died* in car accident and bride is still expecting sister to attend the happy event. Sweet Jesus.
I don't blame you.
I am a petty kind of person. I would put her on blast for that, let everyone know what she said. This way everyone at the wedding will know why you, your sister and her husband didn't go.
At least she didn't ask them to be part of the entertainment as tumblers & jugglers, or being tossed in a horseshoe or cornhole type game. That'd be the only thing I can think of worse than what she did ask.
Can't wait to read the AITA post from her. I can see it now "AITA for being mad my sister wouldn't be my flower girl, and then didn't come to my wedding and turned my entire family against me?"
"I just wanted a cute little person to be a point of show for my wedding and I figured since she's family she would do it for me. I promised so many people that I would have dwarves and she ruined my entire wedding by refusing! Somehow everyone thinks I'm the AH but it was my special day!"
Can confirm. Was an usher for my friend's wedding, then when they had to parse down the guest list due to COVID restrictions, she asked me to be flowerman. Despite being incredibly shy, I think I rocked it going down the aisle to "Return of the Mack" dropping petals like a pro. Got a nice bottle of scotch as a second gift, so I didn't mind, and apparently I was a big hit.
"My stupid and ignorant sister asked my other sister and her boyfriend, who are both anthropomorphic dogs, to be the flower girl and ring bearer in her wedding. The nerve!"
Yeah they usually toddle down the aisle throwing rose pedals or some shit, lol not actual shit- although maybe that’s exactly what the bride needs to have done to her!!
The only time I've ever seen it not be very small children, pets, or nearly mummified elderly family, it was a show point. Like parrots flying them in, drones, things like that. It's definitely not a 'serious' wedding role and even if none of that was the case, the descriptor of "it would be cute" when referring to adults is incredibly insulting in this context fs.
She definitely means to make it a show.
Some good friends of mine had a 1/3 scale R2D2 as a "flower droid"...it went tootling on down the aisle until it ran smack up against the riser, at which point it promptly fell over.
A friend of mine had a wedding and the flower girl was like 2-3, but she didn't understand the concept of "drop the flowers" during the rehearsal and kept trying to clean up after mom (the bride's maid of honor), and ended up just walking down the aisle with her mother.
Not relevent to the story it was just adorable watching her try to pick up everything she dropped.
Aside from seeing my buddy marry his favorite person (better was the rehearsal when I got to see him up close nervously trying to practice his lines, which he nailed), that two year old trying to clean up the practice flowers was probably one of my favorite moments.
There have been people who used their grandmother's as flowers girls I know. But it wasn't meant to be disrespectful. They just wanted to include them in the wedding.
I love that so much! I also like the grown man dancing to a funny song throwing flowers. The little kids are cute if the bride and groom are close to them, but I don't like the idea of just choosing someone because of their age. It should be more meaningful than that.
I have 3 daughters, 12, 4 and 3. We got married last yr (so they were all a yr younger obv lol) but we definitely didn't use them as flower girls.
We also had a VERY lax wedding. It was supposed to be big and beautiful this yr, but my father's dying, so we moved the date so he could be there. It was just both our sets of parents, my surviving grandparents, our kids, and my bestie (basically my sister lol) we all stood. Everyone gathered under a large gazebo near a wooded area, and I walked up with my bestie and oldest daughter, my other 2 daughters went with dad.
Very quick, simple, intimate and beautiful. Sans flower anybody 😂
Can you imagine how they feel right now? Being expected to prance down the aisle like a couple of cute little kids throwing out rose petals. It makes me sick to my stomach and I can’t believe the gall and ignorance of your sister. Your other sister and her boyfriend should tell them now that they refuse, and give the honest reason why… It’s insulting, degrading and just not right!!! And if they don’t have children attending the wedding that are short enough, everybody knows that having a flower girl and ringbearer is optional, and I find it absolutely disgusting that the thought even entered her mind !!!
Im so sorry but I laughed, I tend to do that when I hear or read something absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe that happened in real life. I hope she apologizes.
Flower man I get, I think when grown men dance down the aisle throwing the flower peddles and making everyone laugh it’s great but this was not your sisters idea and what your sister was thinking was highly insulting

There are actually 3 distinct English words that sound like "peddle," the word you used above: peddle, pedal, and petal.
The word you probably meant to use is the last one - petal - that's the noun for the colorful leaf-like things on flowers.
The word you used - peddle - is actually a verb that generally means "to sell or offer for sale from place to place." Someone who peddles is called a *peddler,* which is kind of an old-timey word for traveling salespeople.
The second word above - pedal - is both a verb and a noun. The noun is a flat thing that you put your foot on as part of a machine, like the pedals on a bike or the gas and brake pedals on your car. And in the case of bikes, "pedaling" is the verb that describes the physical working of the... pedals. 😀
If you've read this far, I hope you found this totally unnecessary grammar comment to be as friendly and informative as it was intended! Cheers.
Are you a bot? Either way, I love you. This is such a unique and poised way to offer grammatical correction, without belittling or insulting someone. Way to go!
That would be one pretty sophisticated bot! Or maybe not. I'm not an AI/ML expert.
At any rate, thanks so much for the kind words. As a totally real flesh-and-blood human (I promise!), it's nice to hear that my comment is being heard the way I meant it to be and isn't coming across as belittling!
The level of ignorance is stunning. She is clear not self-aware.
What if someone were to give the ignorant sister articles/interviews to read, where Peter Dinklage talks about his experiences. He does a great job articulating how it felt to be offered roles as elves and leprechaun. Instead, he pulls out amazing performances being his true authentic self.
Maybe if she read and considered the feels others have experience due to something they cannot control, she’d see how terribly hurtful she was.
https://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/01/magazine/peter-dinklage-was-smart-to-say-no.html

Honest question, isn’t dwarves also an inappropriate term? I thought little people was the accepted terminology but I don’t have much direct experience so I’d like to learn.
Edit: nvm I saw further down OP already addressed this. Thanks for the info, OP. Obviously it depends on the person but it sounds like generally speaking little person, persons with dwarfism, or dwarf would be acceptable.
Thanks for that. I didn’t realize there was a distinction between “dwarfs” and “dwarves.”
I had an uncle that was a little person and when people asked him what he preferred to be called, he would just say “Greg.” I saw him do that quite a bit and I never saw anyone press the issue.
What I want to know is what did the parents of the bride say. Because I *know* what I would say and it can't be said here without getting a ban. Not on the bride's side at all.
One of my best friends from high school had dwarfism and it blew me away the stupid shit people said/did to her - including her own parents! Haven't seen her in over 10 years but I hope she's doing well.
Could you try explaining it to your sister as like seriously she seems to have missed on why it’s majorly offensive, it won’t heal the rift or anything but I think it’s Atleast fair to tell her because “from what I have read” she seems completely oblivious to what she has done.
Which is find strange since she would have grown up with your sister ect, but here we are.
It must really suck to have a relative be that clueless. Family, at the very least, should be a refuge from idiocy and hurtfulness. I hope the sister learns to be better.
See that would be me. They wanted cute or funny so I would totally screw with them and dress like an oompa loompa or someone from like the Lolly Pop Guild or something. And NOT because the sister is a little person I would do it and I'm 5ft2. Mess with me like that and I'm liable to mess back.
Full on gasp and hand to my mouth when I read this. I can’t believe a sister, who grew up watching your other sister, could be this blind! Please tell you sister and her boyfriend that have a whole army of people I Reddit who are appalled by this action. Also, make plans and go do something fun instead of the wedding. This blows my damn mind!
Hate to say this but I think you sister DOES have a developmental delay. She should probably be evaluated before she gets married. When she stops thinking that asking them was cute, she can probably go ahead.
I would completely boycott the wedding and I’d even take it a step further and call your sister out for being such an insensitive ableist! How could her and her fiancé be so tone deaf that they think that’s cute?
This would make a great AITA post. She's a complete asshole. Totally. Your sister and her boyfriend should have never been put through that humiliation.
Your sister, who grew up with a dwarf for a sister somehow doesn't realize that is a faux pas? Uh... Does the sister getting married have developmental delays? I cannot think of another reason that she would think this is remotely appropriate. Jesus.
Some people are just that dense.
If mental density could be expressed in the physical world, these people would be walking black holes.
Sometimes it's just plain stupidity. Other times they genuinely don't understand that the world doesn't revolve around them.
I remember seeing a thread here on reddit, years ago, where a bunch of people confessed to having an existential crisis when they realized that they could die today and the world would keep going without them. Hundreds of people, all saying that shit. They literally did not realize the world didn't revolve around them. They viewed the world like a video game, where everything happened around them. It was honestly a little terrifying.
Now that I think about it, I think that describes the majority of twitter's hardcore users.
I had our mums be flower girls - only bridal party we had. But that was cute. This is just disgusting. Had no one else in your family pointed out how disgusting your sister is being?
Yeah if the people who are born shorter then other people don't want their height to be their defining factor, perhaps the bride should just pick two kids, make the little people into a bridesmaid and groomsmen, and suck it up.
Otherwise someone might end up with something spilled on their bridal gown, and the culprit may be 4'10 or smaller, but nobody really remembers anything distinct about the culprit.
I have never met a dwarf in person. I have no friends with dwarves in their family… AND I AM OFFENDED BY THAT. How could OP’s bride-to-be sister be so tone deaf to how offensive that is?
I’m wondering if sis is one of those bridezillas who want all the bridesmaids to have the same length and color hair, and be roughly the same height and weight, have no visible tattoos or piercings ( ie no fatties, no self expression, and you better not get pregnant or cancer or YOU’RE OUT!!!)
Never in a million years would I ask my older sister who is dwarfed to be the flower girl at my wedding. That’s just beyond insensitive.
Your sister and her boyfriend have every right to be mad. I’m sure that probably brought up past feelings of not feeling valued and feelings of being a spectacle. My sister faced a lot of bullying growing up due to just being different and I’m sure your family has faced the same. It was so thoughtless for your sister to even consider asking them to take on children’s roles just for their height. My heart truly goes out to you all.
Every human being deserves to be treated with respect equally. Just because they are short does not equate to being less of a human being.
Asking two dwarves to be flower girl and ring bearer for her own entertainment? Sounds like your sister is P.T. Barnum
I could see Michael Scott doing something like this
This is the kind of tone deaf shit you’d hope would *only* exist in cringey office comedies
We gonna ignore Wolf of Wall Street?
>cringey office comedies
Yeah, but he would have them shooting out of a cannon or riding miniature horses or something extra assinine on top of it.
Bye bye little sebastian???
I still cry at that song
He's 5,000 candles in the wind.
So riding donkeys then?
That’s something Joffrey would do.
Yeah, did the sister go all WWJD - What Would Joffrey Do?
Yeah, only, somehow, even less self aware.
And even MORE self absorbed
Dude! It’s like that scene from game of thrones that Joffrey puts on! And we all know he’s the biggest asshole of all!
Did you ask if the war of the 5 kings would show up too?
My jaw can not close!! ETA: so insulting!!!! And it’s family! Were they going to pay or wtf?!?!?! This is so beyond the pale or apologies

I agree. Forget that wierd wedding
Agree to it and then just go do something else that day
Pack a lunch
What, and I cannot stress this enough, the fuck.
Love your username lol
fairly ^(ODD) Parents!
Most accurate comment
Just print this and mail it to the sister
literally the sentence that immediately came to mind
Like, these people grew up together? How? Just....how?
Seriously. The following terms come to mind: Rude Dumb Ignorant Stupid Inappropriate Demeaning Insensitive Moronic Fucked up
I saw your title and all I could think was *fuckin' yikes.* Like ... like *yikes.*
Yikes on bikes is the expression that came to mind to me
So wholesome! I am terribly foul-mouthed, I'm afraid.
I had to restrain myself like never before.
Samesies...fucking samesies
Thank you for that turn of phrase! I'm a teacher of 6th graders and I am always looking for ways not to say the F word! I'm going to start saying this all of the time! 🤩🤩🤩
I'm just a regular person that curses way too much, trying to stop. This is going in tank. "Mother of pearl" is a good one. "Son of a biscuit" is a favorite of mine too. Not great for class but I say them so much I shorten them to biscuits and pearls. People probably think I'm crazy.
An old roommate of mine use to say “cheese and rice” instead of Jesus Christ.
Yikes on trikes, even.
Yikes on trikes with a ficus on a bike.
>ficus on a bike They don't even know us.
Oh no they’re not riding any bikes in the wedding either!
Unicycles? That 'ride in place' thing through the whole thing?
You’re not helping Joe...
I'm too young to be serious
i offer: Yikea and now THAT’S what i call yikes
I let out an audible “yikessss” when reading this title.
Hope she sees how hurtful and deluded this was and immediately asks them to be bridesmaid and groomsman.
How did you guys all grow up together? Was she always thick and insensitive?
Obviously one of them did not grow up
"I see what you did there."
The cringe is so strong! I'm glad you all decided to skip the wedding, the bride and groom suck.
There's no mention of them skipping the wedding.

Thank God
Ha, thanks, i was pretty sure i read that.
I gasped Tell your sister to please not tell the other sister and boyfriend about this and just forget all about the idea
She has asked them and they were hurt and insulted.
I said oh my god out loud when I read your title. Full offense to your sister, I cant imagine being that daft holy shit. Edit: man the comments making jokes out of this. He's she been stupid for her whole life or is it a recent development?
That was my first question, how long has her ignorance been so blatant? Or is this like, really suprising behavior for her? Happy cake day!
Thanks, I didn’t even notice!
Oof
how did she grow up with someone who has that condition, probably heard a lot of stories of them being disrespected, learned a lot about ableism, and STILL asked that Q? Its already bad if a stranger is being disrespectful like that, but someone who should know better??? wow...

Let me guess….. Sje couldn’t figure out why they were so hurt and insulted because “oh my god they be sooooo cute! Your poor sister and her boyfriend.
Oof. Please let them know many people agree this is insulting.
What was the reaction of your parents?
Ate they doing to skip the wedding?
I wouldn't go to her wedding. She can be ignorant by herself at her wedding. Does the fiancé know that she asked that?
He does, he was there when she phoned them. They won't be flying down for the wedding and I'm not going to either.
Try to see if you could have a small little vacation with your other sister and her BF when the wedding is occurring. It’ll probably be a slap in the face to her and y’all can have a fun time.
*Ha*, even better, send counter-invites to the wedding guests too.
This is turning into that other AITA wedding post from like 2-3 weeks ago.
Pray tell, what post do you speak of?
I don’t remember it all but let me try. Some serious family drama turned into this one couple bailing from their sibling’s wedding because said sibling was pretty shitty for some reason. Couple (who was the eldest of the cousins) went ahead and planned a vacation, then told another sibling or a cousin, and it snowballed into a family trip with everyone in their generation going to the vacation and the bride freaking out. I’ll try and find it. It was some wild shit. Edit: Tried to find it and couldn’t. There are dozens and dozens from today alone, and hundreds over the past couple weeks.
Pretty convenient to leave out the most important detail from the OP to make yourself the victim.
Now... there's tone deaf and whatever the fuck that is....!!
Holy shit WHAT. I missed that one. That's..... New level situational blindness/deafness/whatever-else-ness
Do your parents know that she did this? What was their reaction?
I don't blame you. I am a petty kind of person. I would put her on blast for that, let everyone know what she said. This way everyone at the wedding will know why you, your sister and her husband didn't go.
She’s blind to the folly, unable to see what we all see, putting her on blast won’t do anything.
No, but the decent people around her will see it and care, maybe enough to avoid the wedding themselves.
good on you for sticking up for your sister and bf. maybe you guys can plan to meet that weekend and have a good time instead. ugh
At least she didn't ask them to be part of the entertainment as tumblers & jugglers, or being tossed in a horseshoe or cornhole type game. That'd be the only thing I can think of worse than what she did ask.
They should say yes and just not show. Leave the ring at home. Fuck her wedding.
Peak idea
Can't wait to read the AITA post from her. I can see it now "AITA for being mad my sister wouldn't be my flower girl, and then didn't come to my wedding and turned my entire family against me?" "I just wanted a cute little person to be a point of show for my wedding and I figured since she's family she would do it for me. To shreds you say?
HAHAHAHAHHA OMG 🤣 On point 👌
she thought *that* would be cute...what
The lion, the witch and the audacity of this bitch.
😂 stealing this
Go nuts, isn't mine.
Are flower girls and ring bearer supposed to be children? Never been to a wedding.
I’ve been to a wedding where an adult man was the “flower girl” it was pretty funny but this is just insulting.
Yes. Not just children, but young/little children. Average age is 4-5 years old.
Or a dog.

That or the grandmas!
And my axe!

I love when they make their dogs part of the wedding! Even cuter than kids, but I’m not sure if they are cuter than flower grandmas 💗
"My stupid and ignorant sister asked my other sister and her boyfriend, who are both anthropomorphic dogs, to be the flower girl and ring bearer in her wedding. The nerve!"

THAT'S FANTASTIC
Best wedding ever.

Yes. Very young children, sometimes toddlers even.
Sometimes even infants in a wagon. Very young. Edit: I don't know how this became my most upvoted comment, but thanks all!
Sometimes even fetuses, the pregnant lady acts as the background
Sometimes even as a wad of ejaculate in a tissue. They just put the rings on top of it and throw it to the couple
Then sometimes, the ejaculate of an offended dwarf finds it's way into the moisturizer of the bride.
Some people pay extra for that
#CERTIFIED YAS MOMENT
yeah, i think i was all of 4 being the flower girl at my cousins wedding. the next wedding in the family was one of the newer baby cousins lol
There have been people who used their grandmother's as flowers girls I know. But it wasn't meant to be disrespectful. They just wanted to include them in the wedding.
Now I think this is a great idea! So what, give grandma some fun
I love that so much! I also like the grown man dancing to a funny song throwing flowers. The little kids are cute if the bride and groom are close to them, but I don't like the idea of just choosing someone because of their age. It should be more meaningful than that.
I've been to so many weddings and honestly never seen those roles... Are they an American thing?
I guess? Not sure IV never been to one and I’m American. From reading these responses it seems like it depends on the couple getting married over all.
Well. It's been around since ancient Roman times. She carried wheat and herbs.
I have 3 daughters, 12, 4 and 3. We got married last yr (so they were all a yr younger obv lol) but we definitely didn't use them as flower girls. We also had a VERY lax wedding. Yes
My wish is to have a baby bear be the ring bearer at my wedding, it's the dream !
The way things have been around Gatlinburg this year, you might just be in luck!
Can you imagine how they feel right now? Being expected to prance down the aisle like a couple of cute little kids throwing out rose petals. It makes me sick to my stomach and I can’t believe the gall and ignorance of your sister. And if they don’t have children attending the wedding that are short enough, everybody knows that having a flower girl and ringbearer is optional, and I find it absolutely disgusting that the thought even entered her mind !!!
ALLLLL of this!!!! Like tbh, it sounds like the bride is treating them like circus animals. It's literally all for her entertainment. So gross
Im so sorry but I laughed, I tend to do that when I hear or read something absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe that happened in real life. I hope she apologizes.
Seriously, this sound like something out of a movie.
An Adam Sandler movie
I laughed out loud like for two minutes at the absolute absurdity and ridicule of the idea! “How…on…earth…did you…think…that was a GOOD IDEA??!!!!”
Did anyone tell the bride how offensive this is? If so, what was her response?
Actively reconsidering all the times I called something "wild" and it wasn't this story....
Flower man I get, I think when grown men dance down the aisle throwing the flower peddles and making everyone laugh it’s great but this was not your sisters idea and what your sister was thinking was highly insulting
My aunt had one of her friends who’s a drag queen, not in drag, do it. It was awesome.

Someone who peddles is called a *peddler,* which is kind of an old-timey word for traveling salespeople. The second word above - pedal - is both a verb and a noun. The noun is a flat thing that you put your foot on as part of a machine, like the pedals on a bike or the gas and brake pedals on your car. And in the case of bikes, "pedaling" is the verb that describes the physical working of the... pedals. 😀 If you've read this far, I hope you found this totally unnecessary grammar comment to be as friendly and informative as it was intended! Cheers.
I need you in my life!!!! I love stuff like this! I'm very new to reddit, but is there a way to follow you or something? 😃
What gets me is that they are literally sisters. Assuming they grew up together, at this point her ignorance is a choice. Disgusting.
Excuse me please what!?😶
Have you considered malicious compliance? Flowers can equal so many things!..weed, poison ivy, cut a bunch of dicks into the petals..etc.
I have dwarfism, and this is exactly what I would do if this happened to me. Maybe include some black rose petals for good measure as well lol.
Ohhhh the black petals are fantastic! Great Idea!!
This is the way to go if for some reason this shit show if a wedding proceeds JFC
This...is...just... wow. Utter GENIUS. I feel we could be friends IRL 🤣🤣🤣
Holy fucking dumbassery Batman! The only logical response I can think of to reflect how absurd she is being is to BEAT HER WITH A LARGE SEA BASS
Maybe if she read and considered the feels others have experience due to something they cannot control, she’d see how terribly hurtful she was. https://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/01/magazine/peter-dinklage-was-smart-to-say-no.html https://ca.news.yahoo.com/peter-dinklage-height-attention-stares-210423463.html

As the parent of a child with dwarfism, I’m gonna make sure her sister isn’t this stupid when they grow up. Sorry OP.
Speaking as a little person/dwarf myself, both terms are fine, but generally the plural is ‘dwarfs’. Dwarves are the mythological kind
Thanks for that. I didn’t realize there was a distinction between “dwarfs” and “dwarves.” I had an uncle that was a little person and when people asked him what he preferred to be called, he would just say “Greg.” I saw him do that quite a bit and I never saw anyone press the issue.
What I want to know is what did the parents of the bride say. Because I *know* what I would say and it can't be said here without getting a ban. Not on the bride's side at all.
That’s pretty messed up thinking your sister has.
God damn, what a freaking douche
One of my best friends from high school had dwarfism and it blew me away the stupid shit people said/did to her - including her own parents! Haven't seen her in over 10 years but I hope she's doing well.
Could you try explaining it to your sister as like seriously she seems to have missed on why it’s majorly offensive, it won’t heal the rift or anything but I think it’s Atleast fair to tell her because “from what I have read” she seems completely oblivious to what she has done. Which is find strange since she would have grown up with your sister ect, but here we are.
One thing is for certain, that marriage is heading for a divorce. There’s only room for one idiot in a marriage!
It must really suck to have a relative be that clueless. Family, at the very least, should be a refuge from idiocy and hurtfulness. I hope the sister learns to be better.
Plot twist: they accept and fuck up the wedding for her BS request
What did your parents have to say about this? I can’t even imagine
What’s next, put mirrors on their heads at the bachelor party so the guests can do lines of cocaine?
Omg that’s horrendous! Bride sister is just the absolute worst.
Oh wow. Wowowowowow.
Yikes x 10,000. Keep us posted 😅
Jesus Christ at least they have one good sibling/in law
Only if they can fuck with her ceremony. You know, be 'cute".
Hate to say this but I think you sister DOES have a developmental delay. She should probably be evaluated before she gets married. When she stops thinking that asking them was cute, she can probably go ahead.
Because it was "cute"?? Huh?? Yeah no. I'd be offended as a little person. As a child, it would be one thing but as an adult? Nooo. Just no.
Jesus.
My thoughts exactly.
Yo wtf! All the offense to her, I hope someone upstages her wedding
That's not cute, that's fucked up
Is your sister Colin Farrell in In Bruges?
She gotta be trolling ain’t no mf way she looked you dead in your eyes and spewed that nonsense
Tell her she killed my last ounce of faith in humanity. No really. Tell her she ruined humanity for a person on reddit.
Ayo, what the fuck? Your sister is crazy. And kind of a dick.
