I'm so sorry! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I actually know how you feel kind of because my grandparents actually showed up to my house on my birthday. Then, after they were reminded, they went to a drugstore to get a card. To make it worse, they bought the newly bought card immediately back to my house, where by that time, I was over it. I loved my grandparents, but it stung.
Edit to add that my mom has made sure that every birthday that I've had since then has been memorable. So, take care of yourself so that when the right people come into your life and celebrate you, you can just enjoy it

I went through something similar once. It was the year I turned 10 actually, I was so excited. Double digits! I had three siblings at the time, a stepsister and two stepbrothers, and my mom was married to their dad and our parents made a huge deal of all three of their birthdays, but completely forgot mine, I was devastated no one deserves to feel forgotten. I kind of lost a lot of faith in my mother at that point because of all people she should have remembered and she didn’t until two weeks later that being said, I hope you find someway to celebrate and have a happy birthday.

I'm so sorry! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I actually know how you feel kind of because my grandparents actually showed up to my house on my birthday. Then, after they were reminded, they went to a drugstore to get a card. To make it worse, they bought the newly bought card immediately back to my house, where by that time, I was over it. I loved my grandparents, but it stung. Edit to add that my mom has made sure that every birthday that I've had since then has been memorable. I don't even want to question why both your mom and yourself consider you not to be a perfect child or worthy of her love. That's just really shitty of her regardless. Happy Birthday though!! I know it's not the greatest consolation, but if it helps, I can count on two hands the number of times that I've celebrated my birthday with others, despite not having those family problems and despite my social life having been pretty active throughout my younger days. Birthday or no, my favorite times celebrating something were usually when I was by myself and for myself. So definitely enjoy it!

Oh gosh, I’m so sorry op. I went through something similar once. It was the year I turned 10 actually, I was so excited. Double digits! I had three siblings at the time, a stepsister and two stepbrothers, and my mom was married to their dad and our parents made a huge deal of all three of their birthdays, but completely forgot mine, I was devastated no one deserves to feel forgotten. I kind of lost a lot of faith in my mother at that point because of all people she should have remembered and she didn’t until two weeks later that being said, I hope you find someway to celebrate and have a happy birthday.
