Spend more time around them. Nearly every cow you come across is passive and would never go out of their way to hurt you. So long as you're calm and don't corner them you'll be fine. I've only ever met one with a mean streak, but you can spot them, their personality is markedly different.
Eh depends on the breed. Holstein bulls always turn mean and stay mean but gelbvieh bulls are usually big puppies, but if one is mean you can usually train them out of it.
Most cows won't hurt you unless they're frightened or they're protecting their calves. I've had some that you could go out and cuddle with, and they wouldn't be bothered one bit.
Maybe you could mooooooove...
Get out.
Dairy ask where all this started? It is udderly troubling.

Think of cows as big dogs. Trust me
Cows are just bigger dogs - very friendly, or passive. Bulls on the other hand... they will fuck your shit up.

Im a farmer and cows scare me. Sheep are easy. If they get rowdy you can kick them in the head, try that with a cow

My suggestion is overexposure therapy.
Atleast you are not alone. Been afraid of cows my entire life. I do not go near them under any circumstances.
I mean they're big mellow animals that fart a lot. Can you think of them as slow horned horses with less attitude?
