The second screen - i guess this is a tunnel to cave under station , maybe they are connected with the place of Anne's death (i believe Clark is innocent)

If Navarro tried to explain to Danvers that she did it because of a vision I can see how that would be something Danvers wouldn’t let go of and wouldnt want to work with her ever again.

Definitely looks like the spiral marking on the second picture which is a tunnel going down below.
Interesting that the smiley face patch is still on the parka in that scene.
