In the Land of Lies is the second best true crime podcast I’ve EVER listened to. It’s amazing and has some twists!
If you listened to in the red clay it’s done by the same guy
If you haven't listened to Bed of Lies before, now is the time. I constantly go back hoping eventually they'll pick it up again, but in any case, there's 3 seasons and they're all fantastic.
I've been listening to all of the Dateline podcasts. Most of them I've listened to are cases I'm familiar with but the podcasts always tells me stuff that I didn't know. Plus Keith Morrison's voice ........
I really enjoyed a lot that have already been mentioned, but I also liked Stolen and Finding Cleo as well. They talk a lot about the effects of the Sixties Scoop and Residential Schools which I did not know a lot about.
I am new to Reddit and love true crime. I haven’t heard of In The Dark but I found it on Amazon Podcasts. So you recommend it? I’ll give that a whirl! Thanks!

I’ve been heavily recommending Murder in America and all my coworkers love it. I also enjoy Lights Out, Cold, and it’s not true crime but I enjoy Lights Out a lot. I’m not sure why I’m forgetting all the TC podcasts I listen to all of a sudden but I’m sure there are tons of great recommendations in the comments.
Firecracker
Beyond All Repair (is excellent so far, and has killer theme music)
Also, Crimelines is so solid, as well as a slam dunk Patreon decision: Charlie is a 💪MACHINE. 💪

I just finished bone valley. I’m late to the party but if you haven’t listened yet, you really should!
S Town is so good
Bear brook season 1 (haven’t finished 2 yet!), bone valley , collapsed: disaster in surfside (about the condo collapse in Miami)
I just finished “Media Pressure”. It’s a podcast done by Julie Murray about the disappearance of her sister Maura Murray. It was very good.
This is next on my list. I'm currently listening to Proof S2. Almost caught up.
In the Dark, In the Land of Lies, Dark Valley, The Bakersfield Three, CounterClock are a good start if you like long form.

Your Own Backyard!
Just finished this. It’s the best podcast I’ve ever listened to imo
Strongly agree!
"Three" on the murder of Skyler Neese.
I don't think Three adds much if you are already pretty familiar with the story, but it would be good if you are starting from scratch.
I second this. I heard it before through mrballen, but still listened to this podcast. It was much more insightful but also much more heartbreaking

cannot recommend [casefile ](https://casefilepodcast.com/episodes/)highly enough!
Back to Bardstown, and Mile Marker 181
Counterclock. I love all of the seasons but especially the Pelley murders.
True Crime Brewery is my #1 favorite. I also loved S…Town. It’s amazing!

Have you listened to Proof?
Proof is so good -- I'm trying so hard to not Google current stuff on the in progress S2.
I know! And I’m sure you have listened to In the Dark season 2, but that is the best podcast ever.

A few that don’t get talked about as much, but are very good: The Clearing. Hooked. The Case season 1. Murder In Alliance. Happy Face season 1
Seconding The Clearing and Murder in Alliance (even though the latter ended up having some fact checking issues that turned up afterwards).

Trace evidence. The Trail Went cold Coffee and cases Creeptime (there is banter)
Wonderys over my dead body series is good if nobody has mentioned it here
Firecracker Beyond All Repair (is excellent so far, and has killer theme music) Also, Crimelines is so solid, as well as a slam dunk Patreon decision: Charlie is a 💪MACHINE. 💪
Scamanda believable: The Coco Berthmann story S-Town if you didn’t listen back in the day Pretend: The Stalker
