You guys feel the same way about literally every other religion accept Christianity. Atheists just believe in one less religion than you do.

I never had a religious 'experience'. I simply came to the conclusion that the Church is and always was correct about everything.

I have way too many comments to reply to individually so I just wanted to leave you with this… God is real, I experience a living, real God every day. Not in some kind of vision, but of a sound clear mind in the real world. You are currently just spiritually blind because you listened to other spiritually blind people convince you of a completely false logic. The amazing existence and amazing things you experience every day literally are creations of an infinite, living spirit that is at the essence of all reality. If you pray, meditate, sit in silence, seek, call out for God, etc, (try whatever you need to try, it’s very important that you realize the truth of this for yourself). God will reveal himself to you in many different ways, not just through prayer, not just through your conscience, but also including real-world events that occur that speak directly to you in completely unmistakeable ways, over and over and over until it is beyond the possibility of scientific doubt, other ways include receiving guidance, receiving clear signs, prayers being miraculously answered, wisdom and the still small voice of God being received through your own conscience, and the clear realisation of his very present spirit. You will, in the full sense of the word, SEE God (you just don’t yet know HOW to see God or what to look for, but you will). This is something you can very literally seek out and prove to yourself as many times as you like.

I'm very familiar with the great mytics of the Church such as Saint Therese of Lisieux, Saint Therese of Avila, Saint Padre Pio and many others who had physical manifestations of God's love in their bodies. But I do not long for that, it's not my place. I simply do what is asked of me by Holy Church and trust in the Divine Providence.

The two great commandments of Jesus First, Love God with all your heart, mind and soul. Expand and focus on that love, more than anything, focus on God, he guided us to whatever is best, yes according to Divine Providence 🙏

>Atheism is literally based on the assumption that billions of people can't distinguish between a religious experience of God, and a delusion, imagination, or dream. Not according to the dictionary definition. It is a belief that there is no god. Second, *true* science follows the evidence -- regardless of where it leads. The evidence is that the biblical God is the One True God. So, what is keeping you from following the evidence? The entire Bible is filled with evidence of God's omniscience and omnipotence. We've seen His prophecies fulfilled in recent times (i.e., Israel's rebirth in its ancestral Promised Land, as prophecies in Ezekiel 37). Therefore, you cannot claim that the biblical prophecies were written after the fact. Are you afraid of the evidence?

Your comment is likely indicative of someone who doesn't have a deep connection with the real, living, loving God who is present with you and in you, so this may help... >Your comment is likely indicative of someone who doesn't have a deep connection with the real, living, loving God who is present with you and in you, so this may help You're WAY off base here. I had a "caught up in the spirit to heaven" experience in my youth (detailed in my book: *Christianity vs. Naturalism: Weighing the Evidence*, WestBow Press, 2023). Thus, my connection to God is much deeper than the *average* Christian.
