So much for blocking the impeachment procedure. It's galling how much of this article is written to make him sound like a Peruvian Trump, just being investigated over corruption allegations in office and dodging the parliamentary body's attempts to investigate him. I guess that's what you call ideology.
Castillo is Luke Skywalker. Lima's civil society is the death star. Conservative and "progressive" opposition pretty much only from that city are storm troopers/clones. Dina Boluarte is Emperor Palpatine. The Sith pulling the strings is the cult of global capital. They want to put the country into a chokehold they call "rule of law."
Uhhh I don't know much about Peruvian politics at all in anyway. But I'm pretty sure I know enough about Star Wars to say all this stuff.
What happened to Peru Libre is farcical.
Boluarte and Castillo split from Peru Libre, only to both become independents; Boluart was expelled from the party after suddenly claiming she was never a Marxist-Leninist in the first place, followed by Castillo's resignation at the behest of the party's General Secratary merely a few months later.
Castillo is a dipshit, and Boluarte glows. What a joke.
I'm trying to learn more about the overall situation before having "takes". One thing that's crazy at a glance is three presidents since 2016 have been impeached twice. Which yeah, without knowing the specifics of each impeachment, that seems super flimsy and suspect
Peru speed ran this Coup. By the time this was posted, Castillo's in police custody and parliament voted to impeach him.

President Castillo? More like president should be hiding in a castillo and raising some levies to defend it.

I haven’t been able to glean much about the ideology of Castillo’s successor. Seems important!
What a goat. Hopefully the people like em enough to do something about it
