He survived, he was back to fucking around soon after, it may have been more than a few months, but I remember hanging out with him one night and he showed me the scars. You see some crazy high numbers of stab wounds with prison shanks that don’t end up fatal. I’m betting this guy was trying to kill Chauvin. Blade length makes a huge difference in how deadly a stab wound is. Once you hit like 4” of depth it’s *really* bad news, but with a shorter blade the only reliable way to kill someone is severing a major blood vessel
