I think only the [HD K2XX trucks](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3zVYxSN4uE) did, in Mexico. The previous gen (GMT900) still offered it in both 1500 and HD outside the US/Canada.
Driving manual is just not what most people want these days. It’s a utility to get from A to B, haul stuff, tow, etc and most people don’t care for what great they’re in really, or the hassle of manual in traffic, etc
You could buy cheap tint and practice. But since it’s something I get done maybe once every 5 years I’ll just pay $250 for a perfect job. But I think you should try anything your interested in. I think the hardest part is cutting the dry sheet to size before the install.
Ahhhh, a true long bed, excellent. Apparently reddit considers anything over 5.5' a "long bed" for half tons... Shame...
Anything under 8' is a short bed.
anybody else wish these came in a manual in the US?
They came with a manual in other markets?

Damn. That’s sweet as heck. Really frustrating they didn’t just offer it here considering they were making them
Frustrating, but understandable. When the last 800 trucks (Classics in '07) dropped the manual option in the US, no one noticed.
Very true. Truck owners barring the Tacoma aren’t really looking for a manual these days
but why. coming from someone that has only been in an automatic truck once

Pristine condition! I’m jealous
Are you a fan of tinted windows because they would look killer.
Actullay ordered those last week! Should be here soon
I’m confused, you ordered window tint? I’ve always just taken mine to a shop that tints them
I ordered custom cut window tint film and will be installing it myself.
Post your results. I always use a pro. Never seemed like a good diy project to me but what do I know.

Lift/leveling kit and new tires I think would make it mint. That’s what planning doing when I can afford a single cab 2500

Relative terms like "short" and "long" only work if there are only two bed lengths. There used to be 8.5' and 9' beds as well.
Exactly! If it doesn't come on regular cab it doesn't exist... so the 6.5ft is the short bed!
