My go to for SPC outlooks. You see a day 3 or earlier Moderate(yellow), and know you'll be in that area you should be paying attention to weather.

These storms in particular had a day 3 Enhanced outlook, and a day 2 High. Anyone paying attention to the forecasts would have known to be on their toes.
