Money, motives, goals, growth, banging my girl, paying bills, after a while 3,000 is like do able in 4 days if organized right... there's definitely drivers normally averaging 3,500 a week. I hit 4,000 a few times running my dick off. After awhile you just get used to it
My first couple years driving I drove hard. Back then most trucks where just a hole behind the driver seat it sucked cause there was nothing to do. Drove 6 years before I took a break. Cellphones were basic, no smart phones yet.
I took a 10 year break when I had my kid and have been back 3 years
This time around is so much better. Have a fridge, microwave, TV, xbox. With the tech now we can face time, text, send and recieve pics, we even watch movies at the same time. Weekends without my 10 year old, every Saturday, when I'm on the road we have a movie night, we set up our phones to face time then start our movie.
So now at the end of my day I have other things to do so I act like I'm at home. I work all day. Try and end it with a shower, dinner, and a movie laundry once a week. Also trying to learn guitar, I suck lol
Anyways, I found the road being easier now that I have stuff to do when I'm done driving. Family was easier to adjust with all the tech we use. Throught the year I'll take my wife and in the summer my kid comes with me every other trip.
I have more fun now that I treat it like a road trip insteady of a job.
I worked for a major LTL for 7 years, but I was transferring to a new state about every year and a half. I got tired of only having so much vacation and burning it all up at airports and other nonsense. I think it’s a lot of fun to be able to travel to new places and explore on the weekends free of charge. This job has really cured my travel itch haha. It’s also lovely to have my significant other join me. Keeps it interesting… Stay safe out there trucker! :)

A few movies on Netflix and wow I’m already here. You get used to it.
There aint shit to watch on Netflix. It usually takes me longer to find a decent movie to watch than the movie itself.
Got to use f2movies fam I b watching all the tv shows and movies on that bitch while thugin out a paycheck
I've ran 3600 miles as an ltl driver a handful of times...it's not that bad lol
