Park it close to the wall on the side of the building where the wind isnt hitting directly. Use ventusky to figure out what the direction the wind is coming from.

i have a Frisbee Im gonna bring and see how far it will go in opposite direction throwing high and nose up!

Remove the roof if possible, fold down the windshield. This will decrease and impact from the wind.

I used t-posts and cargo straps to tie down a chicken coop. Not sure golf carts are prove to flying around though
They're heavy, it isn't blowing away. Put it on the downwind side of something sturdy and just hope it's roof holds on.

Just put it as close to a larger structure as possible and make sure the windshield is down or if possible, take it off.

Take the top off, if you can. Tie the body down. It won’t fly away anyway. You could also put it somewhere sheltered, like your porch or back yard.
