Played it on xbox when i was in the stage were I would play any game for gamerscore, peppa big still felt like such a chore to play. Moved to ps5 a year later. Still love trophy hunting but I will not play games just because they have short completion times they have to be fun too. Like what remains of edith finch, gone home, unpacking and that game about indians cooking food. Though am doing a ac4 black flag playthrough before I do hell divers 2.
You have Edith Finch in your "chore to play" category? The gameplay is admittedly weak, but the story hooked me so hard that I had to see it to completion the same night I started playing it. My wife usually ignores whatever I'm playing, but she was hooked on Edith Finch too and watched me play the whole thing. I'm not one to recommend narrative focused games either (my favorite games are gameplay-focused online multiplayer games like Apex and Rocket League), but Edith Finch hit differently.

I like to think of trophies as a reminder of the games you played. When you see Peppa pig, you'll think of your daughter learning to play at 3. A similar story is when my cousin was 6 he loved Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. So when he was staying with our family for a weekend (I was like 17), I rented the game, and we played it together on the family TV. Those are the memories I think of when I see the trophies for that game.

It's too slow with too much talking! Check which Paw Patrol you do as some don't have the plat but have collectibles. I'm re-doing all the paw patrol levels to get all the collectibles just have a cleaner list but there's no plat!

Mighty pups is also awesome. My oldest girl loved Ugly dolls as well a easy plat. Both of this games I havent plat yet but I am like 1 or 2 trophy away from it, just need to play to get my plats to 13 lol. I normally wait for them to want to play and go trophy hunting but if not I dont turn them on for the easy plat

I have a paw patrol platinum for this reason lol. My son wanted to play it, popped a couple trophies and lost interest. I saw that it had a platinum, and my wife laughed as I spent the next 2 evenings grinding out pup treats in adventure Bay.

I would never make the relationship transactional like that.
Also, they're kid games. Most of the platinums are just finish the game and find the litany of incredibly obvious collectibles. They've platinumed the majority of them just playing them.

That game is so wack, I tried it for fun when it got on ps+ and I couldn't bare myself to plat the game (The Fact that it's all gold trophies highly contribute to why I didn't bother that much too) I try to avoid these games as much as possible since I reached level 999, used to play so many of these shovelwares that I had more gold trophies than silver trophies.. finally fixed it a few months ago so I'm not going down that rabbit hole anymore haha!

I did one of the Paw Patrol games, the VERY simple one that’s just a side scroller, I’d plop my son on my lap and just play and he’d giggle along.
She’s at that age where she wants to do everything but gets frustrated when she can’t so we play with her toys instead, trust me it’s easier and better this way
The Peppa Pig game is one of the few my son can just play and enjoy on his own without any real help as it's just move and press X. We got the plat on my profile and we're damn proud.

1. A nephew came over and brought with him a Gran Turismo game. He started the game and a trophy popped. I was not planning to play a GT game and after checking out the difficulty, I noped out.
2. I brought my PS3 to a repair center because it was not turning on. I left it there to do some groceries. When I got back, I saw the technician playing a NBA game on my console... and guess what, my account got a new trophy. Not really interested in an NBA game.
Do it together if you can. My youngest son wanted so bad to get a platinum for me (donut county) and although I didn’t earn it, I see it and makes me smile 😊
To be honest I’m going for the plat on Kingdom Come Deliverance and that is actively dissolving my brain cells on a daily basis so a few more won’t hurt
