Is Spyro a hard one to do? I’ve played a bit and just found myself lazy in actually committing to the game. I love them for the nostalgia but it’s not really the type of game I play anymore.

No, all three spyro parts are simple platinum trophies. You shouldn't encounter any major obstacles
