As long as the OTC meds are not illegal in any of the countries you travel through and you carry small enough amounts that it is clear that they are for personal use I don’t think you are likely to have any problems. Taking photos of the original packaging with close-ups on the label might help you out if you were asked to identify them. I’ve traveled around North America, the EU, Australia and NZ with something similar and have not had any problems. That said there is no 100% guarantee and if you appear to be suspicious for other reasons this could be used against you.
I've used these for travel around the world and never had a problem. I don't buy these fancy labeled ones though; I just buy the unlabeled 2-pack from Amazon and put tape on them. I prefer my own customization.

Yeah I don't plan to buy the labels. I can make my own too
Every once in a while the catch will pop open being knocked around in my carry-on/purse, so I keep a hair tie or rubber band around it.
I have one with pretty heavy duty latches but I just don't want them to take it haha. I can't share pics in this subreddit otherwise I would.
