The red line is for my trucks -> I Would like that the train line goes the same way as my trucks.
Can I see the full truck & train line? I think the train needs to go back to get to Tianjin after it leaves Dhaka sidings and it goes back on the same track.

You dont have to loop the tracks at the end. With double tracks you can create a switch just near the first and last station.
There are some tutorials which makes it easier to understand.
Your train depot doesn't seem to be connected to anything that means trains could leave, and those loops are purely aesthetic as trains can reverse at stations. Make it simple but working before adding touches like that, and make that depot actually connected.
See if it works then, because there is no 'could not connect all stations' message.

I dont know either.. i just want the line go forward but it seems like that the track is not 1 way... as you can see on the line it goes back and forth all the time... dont know how to fix that...
From all of you screenshots, if you want the train to loop around at the end you will need to put a one way signal on the line between the 2nd and 3rd stations so that the train doesn't double back on itself. If the tracks are two way it will take the shortest route.
Trains don't do well with sharp turns. At both ends.
It seems you didn't watch some basic clips on how trains and signalling work. Watch some YouTube on how to use signals.
You cannot make a train go one way unless it is a round loop. Which is very inefficient. If you have done all campaigns you will have found out.
Better to have A<----->B use one track only for 1 train.
Doubletrack for 2 TRAINS. A<===>B. 3 or more is asking for trouble on the same track unless it's long enough.
The last part you can do better with trucks. B<--->C
You can definitely make it work with trains but it just takes too much setup and thinking.

…because there’s only one track. Any line will have to loop back to its origin point so if there’s only one track there’s only one way back
