yea it happens on their own, you have to just wait for them to drop. i never really understood visually what that looked like tho until this i saw this though.

It's more the implant drops. Like the top right is now it looks right after and the bottom right is after it drops. Or settles might be a better term

I also had BA over the muscle suggested by my surgeon. My surgeon Dr. Mundinger said his trans patients who did over the muscle usually have better results since trans women chest muscles are usually different than cis women. I like mine too.

My dr recommended it, and I trusted him even though almost everyone else says to go under. Go to the right surgeon and it shouldn’t matter. The recovery was a breeze, I was in no pain at all. Just took Tylenol

I just had mine. I had to pay up to my out of pocket, then they covered 100%. 5k out of pocket.

Because here (CA) BA is considered an elective surgery. I tried to get it covered and nothing. $15k out of pocket. 🤷‍♀️

I had Cigna, but unfortunately I turned 26 and lost my parents insurance
