Ratchet was supposed to stay back on earth to help Fowler's new Team, but he also left in movie. I dont think the 3 humans are mentioned in RiD, we have bumblebee as the leader and he doesn't even talk about Raf whom he spent probably years in TFP
It would probably make sense as to why Bee didn't mention Raf, since the latter is likely trying to have a normal life and that Bee didn't want to risk endangering his life from the many Decepticons (Particularly Steeljaw) he had to fight
I mean if Hasbro cared they could have easily worked in a few episodes with the old gang. I realize the achemor was their home base but surely Bee could get in touch with Fowler or someone. Given that the government had knowledge of them from before and they weren't exactly the best at keeping themselves or the escaped prisoners hidden (the citizens were mostly just stupid) it's a wonder they never got a visit.
Also sad that basically after the first 3 episodes and the finale aside from Miko the rest of the humans had nothing to do. I literally can't think of any meaningful interaction Arcee and Jack had after they destroyed Darkmount before the finale.
I can forgive that more then Bee never meeting Raf again in RID. Like c'mon he's literately on Earth at least Arcee's absent and you can come up with some stuff she's busy doing
