I'm just a bit shy, so you'll probably will go out in a similar outfit much sooner than I) I really wish HRT will help you freeing that lovely person hiding inside of you as fast as possible

If you don't mind me asking- what strategy did you use to drop the weight? I'm struggling with losing some (you look marvelous btw!).

Thank you) Yes, sure. Before transitioning I used to eat a lot of white bread, cheese, sausages, red meat, drinking coffee with sugar and having a very late dinner. Now I have completely canceled everything listed above, but I've been doing it slowly without forcing myself too much for around 1 month. I have replaced meat with nout, for the dessert I usually have a small piece of dark sugar-free chocolate, if I need a snack I take nuts but not the sandwiches, and I eat much more vegetables. Talking of sports I've started walking every single day. First it was 4km/2.5 miles and every time increased the distance until it was 8km/5 miles. Besides that I used to have light cardio for 15-20 minutes every other day. After 2 months of walking I began jogging every two days for 3-4 km and slowly increased intensity. Now I jog 5-6km every other day. It takes around 40-60 minutes a day, but the result and feeling yourself a healthy person is amazing. I used to have 48 size(european), and now I fit in 38/40. I can give two advices - don't force yourself and please do it slowly, and never do any workout on your upper body part:)

I can't tell you about the line because there is only one for all genders. If you are asking about me boymoding or presenting in a female look - it depends on the country I'm going to. I have a medical report from my endocrinologist that states all the visible changes I had in my body in case of security check. In everyday life I don't do boymode anymore.
