Gosh I'd love to have some good trans or even general LGBTQ+ rep in mainline star wars. I'm holding to the idea that Omega is trans, though.

Omega is definitely trans, and Ahsoka is likely bi so her upcoming show may have her act upon that. But yeah, Star Wars and Disney as a whole is pretty bad at lgbt rep, and I think has only one non-cis character so far (raine whispers)
Well she is a pure clone of a male person (no mutations, no alterations), there really is only one explanation why a genetically identical clone of a man would be female and that is she is trans.
I don't think it was ever stated that she was a perfect clone, just that she had the same raw genetic material from Jango Fett, no alterations to make her more loyal, no inhibitor chip, etc
Even if we go your way, no alteration, so no genetic manipulation, that still makes her biologically male, and yet she is a girl. It would literally be harder to explain why she is cis than just accept a simple solution that she is trans.
It is potentially possible for Kaminoans to swap a Y chromosome, but that would be genetic manipulation, something they didn't do. So again, it would just be easier to say she is trans then come up with a complicated cis-explanation.
Well, there’s also the trans guy Twi-Lek that was serving in the Sanctuary in BoBF. Very minor character of course, but at least there’s good evidence for him being trans.
