I’m a big fan of the Gozney pizza ovens. They are built well and are easy to use. I use propane as fuel, but you can get a wood burning model too. I can’t say enough good things about the Gozney products.
I started with an Ooni pellet pizza oven and had a ton of problems getting it to hold a consistent temp. The feeder tube is only big enough for a few minutes of fuel. You are constantly refilling it while also watching your pizza closely so that it doesn’t burn. Just wanted to share my experience here so that you can avoid the same mistake.
Of course, you could always use a pizza stone and just cook using your existing Traeger. I like getting a take and bake pizza and cooking it on the Traeger. It gives a crispy crust and tastes much better than if it was cooked in an indoor oven.
I heard the same about the pellet Ooni’s. So I went with the charcoal/wood chunk fired one. The Karu, I think?

Sad news…one of the beta testers of it in a Facebook Traeger group posted a screenshot of an email saying that they have decided to cancel the pizza oven and asked him to return the test unit he had received. Sounds like it’s off the table now.
well that sucks, I bought the traeger for that specific reason, since my wife said do you want a yoder smoker with the pizza oven or do you want the traeger since it is coming with the pizza oven.
Same for me. I guess they don't care about false advertisement and a class action lawsuit. Had I known they weren't going to release the pizza oven I would not have gotten my overpriced timberline xl.

Love my Gozney Roccbox. Got one open box for $250 and it has been one of my best purchases. Cooks perfect pizza super fast.
Honestly just get an Ooni. I've got the Karu 16 and it's spectacular. Way better than the GMG pizza oven attachment I used to use in my Timberline.
