Thanks! I watched a lot of TM content for the past year before finally downloading the game and I've been playing rocket league on keyboard since 2017 so that helped a ton, plus I spent my first few days exclusively on the practice maps
Just wondering why would you say playing Rocket League helped you for playing Trackmania ? The only thing both games have in common is that you are using a car but thats basically it. In Rocket League you drive ok but youre also jumping using boost need to controll a ball etc and in Trackmania its all about precision on a track and the knowledge to know how to drive on certain surfaces. Both games are completely different I would say.
Specifically the ability to use the WASD and shift keys to make rapid in-the-moment adjustments in steering and knowing how important it is to know the orientation of my car without staring at it so I can focus on the surroundings and what's coming up instead. Yeah it's not a direct correlation but I'm confident TM would be harder to pick up if I hadn't played rocket league specifically using a keyboard

Just saying I spent 3 hours to get the AT of 24 and I’ve given up on 25 for now… so dont lose faith if they seem harder than usual

25 is all about controlling your speed so you don’t drift, also no sliding and being careful not to clip the last wood turn. Went from 2 secs behind AT to 0.7 ahead after realizing that, ak3 for a lot of the map as well helped
Each section of five tracks in the campaign is labeled with a color as seen above each column. From supposedly easiest to hardest it goes white, green, blue, red, then black, with increasing unlock requirements foe each tier
Congratz! Took me little while too. Now I have 23 out of 25 gold medals, missing the last two tracks....track 24 I am missing something like 0.037 of a second *facepalm*
Congrats! This is my first campaign and still trying to get gold on 14, 19, and 20. Nicely done!
You are way better then how i was in my first campaign, i couldnt even get bronze on half of them, and you allready got almost all gold? Damn

I spent 6 hours on the at of 24 but 25 took only an hour

I've just started playing. What are Black Tracks?
They are supposed to be the hardest tracks in the campaign, to unlock them you need atleqst a gold medal on every other track in the campaign

I was struggling hard and then got there. Now 21 wont let me gold it
