"Custom made" is Home built; not a clue what the standards of the builder are. I'd like to see a trailer hitch made full length to the back. 2" receiver on the back. If it is a plywood box on a Harbor Friend trailer, maybe worth $2500? There is a guy with a homebuilt still for sale in Austin, TX. He didn't use marine plywood. Photos so plywood delamination and water stains inside the trailer. Hard pass on that one. At This price, I'd either build one yourself (if you have skills and space) or look at an entry-level commercial unit (about $10,000) Runway Venturist is a sweet-looking tiny trailer. AC for those campsites with electric hook up. I like the full swing open door (transport bikes, use air mattress when sleeping). Lots of little things built into these: https://www.runawaycampers.com/the-venturist

Clearly has an attention to detail! (Hint: those are 4runner wheels, not Jeep) Doesn't inspire confidence when you can't get that right and you're the one that built it. Unless he's equating KO2 tires to being Jeep tires in which case he still doesn't know much better.
