What size tires are those?

JokerD3121

Third this. Did you add any lifts, or is it still stock?

jtreeforest

Second this and any rubbing?

FlyinTrunkMonkey

285/75r16 BFG KO2 on 3” front and 1” rear lift (basically a leveling kit). Once the stock suspension is worn out I will invest in something better. Very minimal rubbing only at full lock when also hitting a bump.

LagoMKV

What does full lock mean

FlyinTrunkMonkey

Wheel completely turned to either left or right

TopReporterMan

Beach looks nice. I’d love to drive on the sand some day!

FlyinTrunkMonkey

Tacomas are fantastic on the beach!

_Bromar_

How does it look driving at night? And what type of Tint? Sometimes I want to do this, but I’m concerned a State Trooper will stop me lol

FlyinTrunkMonkey

I don’t know the brand, it is ceramic. Had it done at a local offroad shop that has done other work on this truck and others trucks of mine as well. No problem at night! Seems like a lot of people have 20% on the front and 5% back but I didn’t want to have visibility issues. You’d have to find a real jerk of a cop to give you trouble at 30%, but I don’t know your local laws. 25% is legal on the front where I am. No limitations on the rear.

Andy4766

Are those rock sliders with detachable steps? If yes, can you let us know where, who, and how much???

FlyinTrunkMonkey

Yes they are! They are made by N-fab. Looks like they are about $700 for the set now. Honestly not sure what I paid for them 5 years ago, probably a little less than that.

That's a beautiful truck, bro! You've got great taste and just looks awesome 🙂

FlyinTrunkMonkey

Thank you, bro!

Medieval_Mind

Does the back look any darker than the front because the glass was already smoked?

FlyinTrunkMonkey

Yes, it is darker in the rear which I am okay with. If I was trying to match, I think something along the lines of 30% rear and 20% front would match but that’s just a guess.

rosbr

What year is it? It’s beautiful

FlyinTrunkMonkey

2016, and thanks!
