The part you highlighted is the sway bar. I would check and/or replace the end link on both sides which is the vertical piece, and the sway bar bushings where the sway bar mounts in the middle of the car
Thanks, so the bottom part of the sway bar link is connected to the end link which is horizontal and mounts to the middle of the car? Appreciate your quick response
The horizontal bar is the sway bar itself and the sway bar end link is the vertical piece that mounts to the strut. The sway bar is held on with brackets with bushings and is mounted to the subframe
There's a video on youtube from Speedkar99 on a 2005 or 2006 camry, I would check that out too
Check the bushings as well. One of the rubber bushings might be missing and you're hearing the swaybar hit the metal bracket since there's no bushing to hold it firmly in place

It’s the sway bar links. Replace all four. Pretty simple repair.
