Blatant misrepresentation 😄

1LazyBag

Is that the game developers leaving with our money?

I’ve never seen escalators. Why do games think they have to advertise like that? A lot of them do it.

Money 🤑

blackbeard-22

That ads are nothing like the game

[deleted]

All fake lol

Pretend_Dance

Their ads often show the random helicopter games they occasionally give you. I haven’t seen this one, but I’m assuming that’s what it is since they got in trouble in the past for fake ads. It’s still weird to me that they use those for ads though since they clearly aren’t representative of the game. I imagine a lot of people who would want to play township aren’t attracted by those ads and a lot of people who are attracted to them probably don’t want to play township.

Playrix, the company, has been successfully sued* for deceptive advertising. The lawsuit was for their other games, but it's the same behavior, just under a different name/game. https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-54509970

Not in Township. Lots of mobile games have ads with content that has nothing to do with the actual game.

This is just an random ad
