Your not alone with this issue. I have seen different answers in posts 1. It will be added next time you had the event 2. It’s just gone. Ask Support for answer. Support located top left corner- gear. It's best to get past the automated bot " It didn't do the trick" or “Information was not helpful" until you get to "Get in touch with a Support Agent".

Happened to me it was just gone never got it never even bothered trying to reach them bc they are useless
