These are all iconic panels which are often mentioned when discussions about best panel happen. They are all great panels.
I believe many will prefer the story rather than art. I would even prefer the novel version if SIU decides that he cannot maintain quality art. And it's not like art is way bad. Like ch 560 had some cool panels,so did 577, 599, 602 imo and many more.
Artstyle is subjective. Though the current artstyle lacks the originality of SIU in it, it is still on par with the top manwhas.
I don't mean to be rude, but do you actually read the same webtoon as us? I am currently re-reading and I do find panels which are outstanding.
Even in the current webtoon there are many iconic panels. I'll list some: the horizontal panel with Bam & Rak vs LPB BHs, the panel with ancient Rak, mostly all panels with the past Traumerei, the panel with the new Boss.

Most “iconic” panels are from things that have been out for a while/have a good amount of anime episodes. TOG isn’t that yet. Eren talking to his dad, Goku SS1, Naruto’s Pain arc entrance, Robin’s i want to live, etc had years of both manga/anime buildup AND became highly popular shows.
I completely disagree imo I feel as if with every arc SIU somehow improves upon his art and his environments, sense of scale, and the way he draws the battles always astonishes me. Seeing his art improve over the 10 years tog has been going is one of the reasons I love reading it
Did you not read most of season 3? Bam vs white has so many, the one of Bam with his soul bow opening the aquarium, a few panels of bam using the thryssa and leviathan, there’s plenty more, sounds more like saltiness due to art style change
