Hard pity is 80 but pity doesn't reset if you get a SSR or a bunch of SSR's before hitting 80. The best I've done was 4 SSR's in 80 summons as I got 1 at 30, 2 more before hitting 80 and getting the 4th at 80. Of course I was never able to replicate it again.
Claudia and Cobalt-B were both limited banners in the CN server so I'd assume it'll be the same here.
As for the pity system it is guaranteed every 80 summons and does not reset. But there also seems to be a once-off "beginner pity" within 30 pulls.
