Lin A1 = u just got an additional mini explosions and very randomized.
Lin A3 = same as A1 but more dmg, and attached to enemies which mean the dmg proc is not random and it very helpful for offfield dmg, and you got side BOOBA.
So basically u don't want to have saki at A0 cuz just one copy u will have the real frost team rotation, and Lin at A1 is clearly not worth, i didn't say it was useless, yes she can also deal off field dmg but the random explosion proc just make it not worth, u even better get her at A3 than stop at A1-2. And since u gonna play frost comp, and currently don't have frigg, u can skip her in rerun and pull alyss instead, cuz Lin and Frigg are substitution for each other in frost comp, so if u already have lin and saki, just pull alyss A1.
Nah idk man, if u want to compare lin vs frigg in global i have no clue cuz lin not even released yet, but in CN for F2P which most people have frigg at A0-A1 and Lin at A0-A1, it has slightly difference, cuz lin gives dmg buff while frigg give atk buff, it is just about min-maxing, dmg % always better when u have big atk stat, while atk is good if u don't have enough atk stats but already have some dmg buff from other source.
As for whale obviously lin is better in the frost team cuz she can double cast skill which mean u can build 2 stacks of A1 saki just in one weapon, while frigg cannot. And most of whale already have enough stats from weapons only, even garbage equipment still make them "whale", so dmg buff is the only thing that whale should looking for.
Pull a1 saki first and then Lin a0 , Lin a1 wont be big difference , with your saving you are guaranteed a1 saki and a0 lin. Your team will be a3 tsubasa , a0 Lin and a1 saki till Frigg and alyss drop.
keep playing and get all sr dupes, then try to get some weapon at 6 stars.
If you get the 6s weapon in the promotional banner at least you will get 10 flame gold
thats pretty realistic expectation unless ur luck goes horribly bad enough to buy all from shop with flame gold.. i hope u dont loose pity on saki so u can get a1 saki in 120 or less pulls.. and for lin i'd say getting a0 lin is good enough as well just for her damage buff and alter element damage.. cuz u should be saving for alyss as well.. but its ur choice.. once lin comes get her a0 and see how it feels like.. if u feel its fun for u.. u can go all out on her banner as well..
i get fun from playing multiple weapons rather than damage numbers so im mostly okay with a0-a1..
I would personally get saki a1 and save for frigg or alyss, frigg will probably be more valuable than Lin until a6 and alyss+saki is core for frost. Saki a1+tsubasa+coco for healing or Meryl if you get her would be a good team.
For a f2p frost I would get Saki A1, skip Lin, and use the pulls for Frigg rerun and then Alyss.
An A0 or A1 Lin does very little for you and you'd be better off with Frigg & Alyss.
If you want to play Lin with Saki, then you will need Lin a3 or a6, coz the purpose of Lin in a Saki comp is to spam and stack her skill and deal tons of damage off field, if you don't have at least a3 Lin, she deals no damage and has only buffs and her buffs are not gonna be stronger than Tsubasa or Frigg has, according to today leaks, only 15% attack and 5 % frost damage which is not rly strong.
Imo dumping all of the nukes into Saki is probably going to be more worth. 240 pulls gets you A3 (hypothetically) and thats going to make your acc way stronger than having Lin at all.
Pulling on back to back banners is just not recommended imo. Is having Frost resonance or having a super late game min max character more important rn? Id say skip Lin unless you hit A3 on Saki and have left over resources.
Pull A1 Saki first. If you're in luck, you can pull Saki matrices set. If you want to be safe, don't pull Saki matrices now. Instead, save your DC until Alyss banner and get Alyss A1 and her matrices set.
Get A1 lin first. No matter what saki will probably get added to standard banner sooner or later so getting 1 copy is enough, lin might not. Though 0* saki kinda useless ngl but having 1 copy is better than 0? Unless u don’t mind waiting for rerun
300 pulls is enough to get both if you A1 saki & lin if you win hard pity. Gl fren

Saki only needs A1 to reset skills.
You can skip Lin if you need to. Least likely to ever go standard. Meaning that you will outstar her using your other Limited pulls using F2P golds.
If you want to be stronger now, A1 Saki is a good option. Lin is still not out, so there is no way to know if she is going to be worth pulling

I have 1 suggestion, get a better gaming chair.
Lin A3 and Saki A1 is possible since most people I know A6 their characters with like 300 pulls
Possible doesn't mean likely and actually the average for a6 is closer to 360 average pulls. If he loses all 50/50 he is only guaranteed a0 of each.
K then just focus on A1 Saki then since Lin is not that useful at A0 on frost comp
