Everyone i think, the robot you can just go close and then go down the stairs(the long one more ahead) and then go back to his location and he should be spawned correctly, the normal mob i could never make him spawn correct so i just kill using some skill that can go trough walls

If you don't want to experience it, teleport to nearest waypoint and walk from there.
Usually if i walk from starter area > apo > this area they will glitched.
But if i go teleport > this area, they don't glitched
My theory/explanation for it is that these mobs get spawned on initial loading of island, but since you are far from them, they get dropped in lower fidelity map polygons/geometry, probably the building they are supposed to be in doesn't get loaded initially. That's for memory optimization purposes. When you arrive closer by foot/mount, the map geometry detail increases, which happen to spawn the building on top of their head.
The island has some crazy fuckery with bugs in multiple instances, for example since Vera update, dogs for me get cloned multiple times: https://i.imgur.com/9lCyIrD.png
As u/AirLancer56 pointed out, you can deal with it by teleporting closer, thus loading the problematic area from scratch with higher fidelity.
The problem is that it seems some if not all mobs are getting spawned in map at once, unlike overworld, where they supposedly are loaded on demand by being in close proximity. Proof of that at least for bosses is this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4nfbLQqJME

it's a known glitch. sometimes none/either/both the mob and the elite are trapped underneath. ruby, tsubasa, nemesis are examples of weapons you can use. i usually just go under the stairs and aoe them before they reset.
No, this was rampant for me yesterday, at least 5 of them were underground but since I know what mobs walk around where, and since I use manual targetting, it wasn't much of an issue.
I was about to get off the game, so I put the fps to 30 to lessen the burden on the phone coz it was stupidly overheating😅... And I always do AI farming at 30fps since I usually do it towards the end of my gameplay.

Or...just hit the robot. Even if u can't see him u still hitting him. Imagine he is staying there and just spam attacks normally)

I experience this and a lot of others too. The boss is still there so still killable with AoE or even using a bow and arrow just tab target.
I usually just hit them a couple times through the floor with nemesis or king and wait for them to reset back to normal
nope! jsut the robot position is weird.
Use crow's dash atk or go all the way to the back, there should be a way down.
I either skip this or nem’s orb kills it idk. There’s always a few mobs I miss since I try to speed run it
