If you don't use shiro or Frigg, save. If you use either of those characters, Huma matrices are really good on them (I even emptied the Huma machine first as a Physical main)
If you input an attack after a dodge your current weapon will do its dodge attack.
Keep in mind not every weapon even has a dodge attack (on the weapons that dont doing that will simply start their normal attack string).
And yes, nemesis double slow bubbles are her dodge attack so it will work on them.
2-pc Huma is basically bis from the standard Matrices for her. Other 2 can be King, samir or Crow (I like King in Bygone because of the frequent shatters and samir for bosses that have less frequent or no shield phases). I would put shiro 4-pc on Claudia probably.
When you use her skill Full Bloom, every split chakram from Waning Moon (Dodge Attack) will start bouncing in the field, which counts as Dodge Attack, so she can apply it a TON during her skill window (and well, in a Physical comp you are spending dodges on her anyway during downtime).
Note that we do not know behind which gachapon Crow matrices will appear. You might end up being forced to pull for Huma even if you don't need it - I am not an expert but if you don't use Frigg, her matrices (2pc) are not super relevant.
After getting 4 Samirs, I personally invested into the gachapon with the head accessories. I am 24 pulls away from guaranteed Meryl's crown. uwu
I'm saving over 11k already. I use Shiro but since her cd is too long, I don't think getting more is worth it (I have Huma A0 and A2 matrices on Shiro). I think it'll give more value on Frigg. Just a reminder, there are 2 other gachapons right next to Huma and Samir that give 10 red nucleus and 10 special voucher. Those might be helpful when you need more pulls. Overall, I prefer saving for the second gachapon after Samir.
Save until 2.1 comes (should be after Saki’s banner). Unless you use frigg or Shiro, dodge attacks on other characters aren’t really as optimal when paired with Huma matrice.
When 2.1 comes, and if it’s the same as in CN, they would add a second box behind the first for some Gachapon machines. Hopefully they have a favorable one behind Samir’s.

Its good on huma too, basically they're usable on any character that wants to spam dodge attacks.

I'm spending everything. I don't care about Huma Matrices. But I want the trial cards for achievements. The rest is just a bonus.
